Nonprofit Assistance Center (NAC), the King County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, and Wayfind have partnered to offer pro-bono legal services for your organization. Nonprofits can make an appointment for a one-hour consultation to meet one-on-one with an attorney to answer legal questions about their nonprofit governance and business law needs, such as Articles of Incorporation, contracts, bylaws and conflict of interest policies.
